Rodeo Events: Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Bull Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Breaand Barrel Racing

Join us on Main Street for the Buckeye Days and watch the cattle walk down Main Street to get the day started.

Mutton Bustin' or sheep riding is a fan favorite at our rodeo performances! We open up the entries to everyone! Here is all the information you need to know.

Entries open inside the gates AS SOON AS THE GATES OPEN.

Kialyn Armstrong

My name is Kialyn Armstrong I am super excited to be representing Helzapoppin’ Rodeo as the 2024 Queen. I am so thankful for this amazing opportunity and can not wait to get out on the road to meet so many new people.

I am an Arizona native born and raised in Mesa. While I’m a not queening I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, riding my 5 horses and playing with my dog Walter.

When I’m not at a rodeo you can always find me at an arena barrel racing, I have had some amazing opportunities that have taken me and my parents all over the country barrel racing. I have won back to back WCRA Youth World Champion in 2022 and 2023 in barrel racing and you can say rodeoing is my passion.

I cannot wait to see all of our friends at this years Helzapoppin' PRCA Rodeo!

Helzapoppin' Teen Queen

Autumn Lance

My name is Autumn Lance I was born in Durango, Colorado, but I grew up in Queen Creek, Arizona. I have had a passion for rodeo since I was young. This is my first year as Teen Queen and I am very excited about all the great opportunities that will come with my partnership with the Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center. In my free time, I enjoy competing with my cheer team, spending time with my friends and attending rodeos with our Queen, Kialyn Armstrong.

I look forward to seeing everyone this year at the 93rd Annual Helzapoppin' PRCA Rodeo!

The Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center is thrilled to host the 96th Annual Hellzapoppin’ PRCA Rodeo presented by ABC Sand & Rock, a time-honored celebration of Western heritage and thrilling rodeo action. Scheduled for January 24–26, 2025, this year’s event promises unforgettable entertainment, community spirit, and top-tier performances from the best athletes in professional rodeo.

Under the ownership of DECA Ranch, the Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center has undergone significant upgrades, ensuring an enhanced experience for both competitors and spectators.
